Meet Greg Shosa

Greg Shosa is an Associate Broker and REALTOR with Alliance Realty, serving Manhattan, Kansas, and the surrounding region. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and digital marketing, he has helped clients sell more than 700 properties in the greater Manhattan area. His primary focus is seller representation: helping homeowners establish a sound asking price, prepare and market their property, evaluate offers, and navigate the process through closing.

Greg also represents buyers, assists military families moving to or from the Fort Riley area, and works with investors buying, selling, or evaluating rental and multifamily properties near Kansas State University. Raised in a military family and a Manhattan High School alumnus, he combines local knowledge with practical, straightforward guidance. Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys reading, cheering on K-State, and spending time with his wife, Nora, and their two sons.
